Once Upon a Time...

<p>Katie and Cole met while attending law school in Waco, Texas. Despite spending all day, everyday, for nearly three years, in the same building - and often the same room - Katie and Cole did not actually meet until their last year of law school when a mutual friend connected them so that Katie could be a witness for one of Cole's school projects...this is where our story begins...</p>

Amanda and Katie have been best friends for more than 21 years and Amanda is affectionately referred to by the Womble family as "the second child." Make sure to ask Amanda about getting lost in the Arlington Cemetery.

Clay is Cole's big brother and has cheered Cole on through sports, law school, the bar exam, and starting his first job. The brothers share fond memories and a love for Guero's Mexican Food in Austin, TX. Make sure to ask Clay about Cole's lock picking abilities.

Kaitlyn met Katie in law school where they were moot court and later practice court partners (a bond forged in fire!). Make sure to ask Kaitlyn about skipping class for extra credit.

Adam has known Cole since fifth grade where they met at Cistercian Preparatory School and became fast friends. Make sure to ask Adam about his and Cole's brief comedy career.

Emma also first met Katie in law school, where they quickly bonded over their shared home-school energy. Make sure to ask Emma about misadventures in Cameron Park.

Joseph also met Cole at Cistercian Preparatory School. Though they started out as rivals, the pair eventually grew to be close friends and have seen each other through thick and thin. Make sure to ask Joseph if Cole articulates better than him. 

Joseph Watt

Claudia is Katie's cousin and the pair grew up spending Thanksgiving week together and watching Disney movies. Make sure to ask Claudia about the trek around the D.C. Monuments and Zoo.

Luke is Katie's big brother and first met Cole shortly after the couple started dating. Luke recently had the honor of baptizing Cole into the Church of Christ. Ask Luke nothing...he knows too much.

<p>I don't think we have many coming from out of town. But for those of you who are, we encourage you to book your hotel sooner than later. The World Cup is playing in Arlington the same week as our wedding, so unfortunately accommodations near the venue are either sold out or pricey. But, here are a few hotels on the Bride's side of town. They are a good 45 minutes or so away from the venue, but hey, the Bride's in the same boat! </p>
